When you make a booking, Bookamat will deduct the credit from your account once the late cancellation period for that class has passed.
If you know you won’t be able make the activity and the late cancellation period for that class has passed, you will only see an option to cancel your booking which will make space for other people to join and deduct your credit.
If you fail to arrive for your scheduled activity you will lose your booking for that activity.
Remember you can prevent losing your booking by using Bookamat to reschedule your booking outside of your studio or businesses’ late cancellation policy.
If you believe you have grounds to request a late cancellation, please contact the business with which the bookings were made.
