Your business account profile page (My Business > Profile) contains information about the account holder and the business.
Account Holder Details
The account holder is the primary person who is responsive for the business account. These details are not displayed to the public.
The account holders first name.
The account holders surname.
The account holders email address.
To modify the account holders email address, the account holder must sign in as a client using their business account login details. They can then navigate to the My Account > Profile page and update their email address.
The account holders mobile or cell number.
The account holders telephone or landline number.
The account holders password.
These are the basic details about your business.
The name of your business. Changing the business name will also change your live schedule link and QR code for client registrations.
ABN / CID / CRN
If your business has a company registration number, enter it here to be displayed on your client invoices.
If your business has a registered practice number, enter it here to be displayed on your client invoices.
VAT / GST Number
If your business is registered for VAT / GST sales tax, enter the sales tax number here for it to be displayed on your client invoices.
Add your website URL for it to be displayed on public pages. To add a website use the format: https://www.yourwebsite.com
