Reactivate Expired Credits

Expired credits (e.g., credits that have expired before being scheduled into an activity) can also be reactivated. Reactivating a credit allows you to select a new valid from and valid to date so they can be scheduled again.

How do I reactivate expired credits?  

1.	Go to My Business > Clients  
2.	Select Options > View Account for the desired client
3.	Select the Credit Packs tab 
4.	Select Options > Reactivate Credit and enter in a new valid from / to date
5.     Select Reactivate Credit to confirm

Note that it is not possible to reactivate a credit which has been booked into an activity and then expired. Only expired credits which have not been booked may be reactivated.
