Credits can be paused and resumed at any time from the My Business > Credits page. This is useful for when clients are temporarily unable to attend classes. Or if you have to close your business temporarily. The credit valid from and to dates can also be modified as required.
- Pausing credits prevents them from expiring and prevents them from being scheduled.
- When you resume a credit, Bookamat will automatically assign the correct future expiry date based on how long the pass was paused for.
- If the client is using auto debit, pausing their credits will also pause their auto debit payment.
- Clients with bookings for future classes may reschedule them or move them back to credit.
How do I pause credits? 1. Go to My Business > Credits 2. Select Options > View All Credits for the desired client 3. Select Options > Pause / Modify for the desired credit or pass 4. Select the Pause Credit check box and if needed, Apply to all credits in this pack? 5. Select Update Credit to confirm
Pause / Resume All (Bulk Edit)
To pause or resume all credits, passes and memberships linked to your business account, go to My Business > Credits and select the ‘Bulk Edit’ button. Then choose ‘Pause All’ or ‘Resume All’.
Pause / Resume All (For Individuals)
To pause or resume all credits linked to an individual client, go to My Business > Credits and locate the client you want to pause credits for. Then select Options > View All Credits. On their credits page select the ‘Pause / Resume All’ button.
Pause / Resume (Specific Credits)
To modify the valid from or to dates for credits, go to My Business > Credits and locate the client you want to pause credits for. Then select Options > View All Credits. On their credits page select the ‘Options > Pause / Modify’ button. Select the pause checkbox and save.
