Client Notifications

Your clients may customise their own notifications from their client account including reminders about upcoming activities and expiring credits.

Business account holders can also view each clients notification settings and modify as required.

How do I modify my client's notifications? 

1.	Go to My Business > Clients
2.	Select Options > View Account for the desired client
3.	Go to the Notifications tab and adjust as needed

Send [client] the broadcast link (for Zoom etc) 1 hour before the online classes start?

Allows the client to receive a pre-activity reminder which includes your online broadcast details (streaming URL, password and notes).

Send [client] a reminder if he/she has credits which are due to expire in less than 48 hours?

Allows the client to receive an email reminder if they have unused credits which are due to expire soon.

Send [client] a payment reminder if he/she has a recurring pack that is due less than 48 hours?

Allows the client to receive an email reminder about a recurring membership or pack which will require payment soon.

Opt [client] in to receive emails from my studio (e.g. from Message Center)?

Allows the client to receive emails you send from the My Business > Clients > Email Options > Message Center.
